Get ready for the concert event of the summer! The most talented dancers from around the country come together with the hottest choreographers in the industry to put on the most insane concert of the year!

Come be a part of it in 2017!

Take classes, learn choreography, rehearse and have in depth Q&A discussions with some of dance industry’s most celebrated and influential players.

Spend the week of June 28-July 3, 2017 laughing, learning, dancing and preparing for the ultimate concert of the summer to be performed at National Finals in Anaheim.

Participants will be working with special guest choreographers of television, film and video. Dance agents will be in attendance along with other celebrity visitors!

Final Cut tuition cost: $975

LADM Room Block Rate: $164 S/D

Your first morning will begin at 7:00 am with a meeting explaining the entire week. If parents are accompanying their children they are invited to attend the meeting too!

Following the meeting and a warm-up, you will learn and demonstrate several different styles of dancing i.e. jazz, contemporary, tap, hip hop. Our choreographers will then cast the dancers in their respective pieces for their concert performance. The remainder of the day will be devoted to rehearsal.

Any dancers participating at our LADM National Finals are still eligible to participate in Final Cut. National Finals participants (this includes Magic Performers, LA Dance Magic Company, and any other National Final participants) will take a bus to the Hyatt Regency Orange County  on July 2nd in order to prepare for the first day of National Finals. National Finals participants will arrive at the Hyatt Regency Orange County on July 2nd in time for their required check in. All other Final Cut participants will take a bus on July 3rd to the Hyatt Regency Orange County for the Final Cut show and will take and a return bus after the show back to the Hilton Glendale. Bus tickets are included in the price for all Final Cut participants, additional tickets for family members will be available for purchase at the time of registration.

For those who would like to audition for the L.A. DanceMagic ’17/18 Dance Company this entire week will serve as your audition. This is not mandatory to participate in Final Cut.

For those who register, you will receive an email prior to the event that will include:

  • Items that you may need to bring i.e. black shoes, crop tops, black pants
  • List of nearby eateries with menus and prices
  • A tentative a daily schedule. It will be necessary to adjust times as the week progresses, based on rehearsal needs
