A non-refundable deposit of $150 will be accepted at any time. Balance must be paid in full by JUNE 20, or your spot will be released. We will be registering on a first-come-first-served basis.

Agreement - Please Read Carefully
The undersigned acknowledges full responsibility and jointly and severally hereby forever releases, discharges and acquits L.A.DanceMagic, including Dave Carter, Jackie Sleight and all associates from any and all contracts, claims, suits, actions liabilities, for damages or injuries of any kind resulting from any sort of participation at L.A. DanceMagic Final Cut. This release shall be binding upon and inure to the representatives. In addition, I on behalf of the parties registered authorize L.A.DanceMagic the use of their image for any and all advertising purposes.
