Here’s a look at the festivities that take place at the Carter household every year…too funny!
“I love Christmas decorations and everyone says that our house looks like Macy’s windows during the holidays! Our family has a lot of crazy traditions. Every year, the week before Christmas, we drive around looking at lights, after driving through McDonald’s…oh yea, in our pajamas! That is also the week that I make my world-famous cookies and Dave make’s fudge from his Dad’s recipe. On Christmas morning, a ton of our family comes to our house at 6 a.m.! Santa has, of course, delivered everyone’s presents to us, so our family room looks nuts! After opening one present at a time…that’s right…Dave and Uncle Marco watch basketball and argue over who’s gonna win (That’s a tradition right?) After which, Uncle Marco falls asleep on the couch (also a tradition.) We eat amazing food…all day..followed by an even more amazing Christmas dinner. Perfect in every way!”
